Romping in the Yard

This little guy was romping in the yard tonight. It was so cool him and one of his brothers were playing running back and forth in and out of the tree line.When I start missing living closer to the city God gives me a reminder of why I love living here in the country. As much as I miss being close to my grandkids its fun for them to come to Grans house and see sights like this. Only a few more weeks til Thanksgiving and ever one will be here for a week in the deer woods and Thanksgiving dinner fun and games!I cant wait I am in the process of making table decorations now. God really blessed my little store last week I sold an item everyday!! Thanks to all who looked and bought and thank God for better health this year. I am looking forward to going to war eagle for the first time this next weekend!All the years I had the craft  store my own craft shows I never got to go this year I get to I am so excited! Inspiration from this past weekend in Eureka Springs!!

My sweet husband decided I needed a weekend away after this past year of surgeries and being stuck inside. So he surprised me with a weekend in Eureka Springs. It was wonderful shopping and looking at crafts and antiques and this weekend was city wide garage sells so we got a bonus. We would shop awhile go back to hotel relax in pool and hot tub then take a nap and go back out shopping!!!!!!!!!! It was wonderful and inspired me to make this Halloween wreath as well as give me some more fun ideals for Christmas and other holidays. Thanks honey love you> God really blessed me when he put you into my life.

Halloween Wreath

Just got back from a relaxing weekend at Eureka Springs! My sweet husband thought after this past year I needed a weekend away from the house and all the memories of surgeries and being stuck inside. It was so much fun to take our time and just look at crafts antiques and just be away from the every day hassles. We would shop a little go swim and relax in the hot tub take a nap then back out shopping!!It inspired me to make this little wreath when we got home.Cant decide if Ill keep it give it to my granddaughter and her roommate for there fist apartment or sell it. If Darian and Makayla want it then its theirs of course~~!!!

Debi and Me

 I am so blessed this past week I got to see my best friend since Jr High, that I haven't seen in three years were older and greyer but we still laugh like we did back in school!!I am so glad her husband brought her to see me!! Thanks Danny!! The only thing that would be better if we lived closer so we could laugh together more. We missed you Becki that's our other friend!!! But we never forget her!!

Its A Beautiful Day the Lord Has Given Us!!!

Today is a great day and I love starting my day off with reading my encouraging blogs from Prairie Flower Farm and Linda Stubbs she is my favorite always so encouraging and so sweet the way she shares the Lord!!!

This has been a wonderful day for me God has allowed me to feel well enough to paint again after the past few months  with knee surgeries, being diagnosed with soriotic arthritis and then last week gall bladder surgery feeling good is a big blessing!!!

Flowers from Ron and my youngest for my Birthday Yesterday!!! Aren't they pretty!!! And gave me a lift today when I got home from the hospital. Everything went well and I am looking forward to a new year with allot less pain!!! It was so awesome just before surgery it came over loud speaker in hospital where a man said good morning please take a min to pray and they said the Lords prayer!!!Mercy hospital in Ft. Smith Arkansas!! Thanks I was feeling a little apprehensive and reading Psalms 57:1 when it came over speaker God is AWESOME!!!!! Too all those seet people that were their this morning thank you for such good care!!

Its Spring

Just a few projects around the house since its spring and the weather is nice.
Had to add a flower bed to the front of the Barn so it looked a little more like spring there too. Ron says I am trying to sissyfy  his barn.
The roses are beautiful this spring thanks to my sissy who came down from Colorado and trimmed them up so they would bloom better and they did thanks Sissy. There areo so many things I would like to do but until they figure out why I can't seem to walk very good I guess I will have to settle for what I can for now and enjoy the beautiful spring weather. Hope everyone is remembering who created all this beauty. And giving him praise for it and all that he does for us. Thank You Jesus for all this beauty!

I am the worlds worst Blogger!!!!

Its been forever since I have added anything to my blog. Therefore I claim myself the worlds worst blogger. This is something I made today trying to find new ways to create. You can find it on my etsy under country carver I will try to put it in my store but I seem to sell better on etsy Thank you God for all the sales since I have been unable to work since September because of what ever this is with my knees and joints they just don't work any more I Am so thankful it is not in my hands too bad . I an sure God has a plan!!!

New Photo Albums

Well this is the newest of my creation. I found this great site that sold photo albums out of wood so I thought I would get this one for a pattern and I stained it and carved on it to make it mine. I am thinking of recreating these with different fronts and trying to sell them. Any comments would be appreciated. I could also try painting something n the front but you know me right now I am into carving. I am looking fr a cute frog pattern or two so if anyone has one they would like to share I would love it . Also bears are a favorite of mine as well. Let me know what you think.

Cutie Pie Cupid

Well here it is the new year and I am already behind on blogging. I had promised myself to do better. Its a cold winter day today so its a good time to get started on creating for Valentine's  Day our next Holiday. I live for Holidays they make me smile.
